The commitment of the International Relations Office at ETSII is to promote interchange of Students and Staff with the leading academic Engineering Institutions all over the world. Internationalization is one of the strategic principles of the ETSII, within a labor market context, where Engineers are professionals susceptible to develop their careers globally.

International experience is considered a valued skill from the part of employers, and the ETSII provides different possibilities to acquire it, with the numerous partners, and a 30 years old interchange expertise. Nowadays close to 50% of ETSII last year students, develop part of their studies out of Spain.

Warm greetings from Technische Universität Darmstadt!

Thank you for your continued engagement with the student exchange programme between our universities.
We are therefore pleased to inform you that Technische Universität Darmstadt will be holding its 2017 Summer Programme from July 16 to August 12, 2017 for undergraduate students from our partner universities.
This programme invites undergraduate students from engineering to explore German Engineering and get an insight into or improve the German language.

We would like to take this opportunity to let you know that we are now accepting nominations for the Summer School 2017. The deadline for the nominations ends on June 15, 2017.

The four-week International Summer School Programme 2017 consists of three components:

1. Intensive German Language Course

2. Intercultural Competence Training: Living and Studying in Germany

2.1. Excursions to German companies

2.2. Social programme

3. Engineering courses and workshops

The regular programme fee is € 1,500 (Including: administration fee (public transportation ticket, insurances, student service), language courses, course materials, workshops, engineering courses, intercultural practice, company visits social activities and excursions). This programme is especially designed for undergraduate students from our partner universities. We are therefore glad to reduce 50% of the programme fee for your excellent students. We kindly ask you to send us your nominations. However, travelling and living expenses (Housing including breakfast: € 730) must be covered by themselves.

While students get an insight into German Engineering and how it is taught, they may also exchange knowledge, engage in different learnings formats and get to know the German way of life. Participants may obtain 8 credit points of the European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System (ECTS).
